Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

The picture speaks for itself. Chewy, moist, chocolaty goodness in a cookie form. So delicious, so quick... the only problem with these cookies is you have to hide them from your roommates so they don't eat them all by the end of the night!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line baking pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy (this is best to do with a hand mixer, but if you don't have one you can melt the better into liquid and mix by hand. This will make the texture of the cookies a bit different). In a separate bowl sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Slowly add the flour mixture into the butter mixture and mix until well blended. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Form batter into tablespoon balls and drop onto the baking pan. Put in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, allow to cool a minute on the pan before transferring the cookies onto a cool rack. Perfect with a cold glass of milk.
